Dear Residents, 2024 has been an exceptional year as we continue transforming Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC into a more liveable, vibrant, and eco-friendly home for everyone. We have just joyfully ushered in 2025, reflecting on a year filled with many exciting improvements across our towns.In Yew Tee, we recently marked the completion of several significant town-wide projects, most notably the Lifestyle Corridor, which has transformed an underutilised area into a vibrant hub offering a myriad of facilities for residents of all ages. Yew Tee Square will be upgraded to offer a more convenient shopping experience, while Silver Zones have been introduced to ensure our senior residents feel safe and supported. In Limbang, we are thrilled to announce that the rejuvenated Stagmont Park will officially open in 2Q2025. Alongside Villa Verde Park, the Pedestrian Viaduct, the leisure spine and new community gardens, we are building an active and vibrant neighbourhood for all to enjoy. The revamped Limbang Shopping Centre has also become a go-to spot for shopping and dining.For Marsiling and Woodgrove, the revitalisation of the town centres is well underway, injecting energy and excitement into the heart of community activities. Marsiling will welcome a new community club that will replace the existing one, providing a range of new amenities. We have also enhanced connectivity by adding new walkways and sheltered linkways, making it easier for residents to move between HDB flats, MRT stations, and key amenities. Over in Woodgrove, Mandai Tekong Park is being transformed into a recreational haven, while Fuchun Neighbourhood Centre is now energised with new facilities and accessible walkways.
