Over the past few weeks, our Marsiling-Yew Tee MPs and residents have gathered together to Iftar (break fast) and even celebrate the launch of BazaRia Marsiling. (📸Swipe here for more photos!)

5. Winners will be contacted via DM for verification and contact purposes.
6. Prizes must be collected in person at the MYTTC Office within one month of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
7. By entering, participants agree to allow MYTTC to use their names or usernames for contest-related announcements.
8. MYTTC reserves the right to disqualify any participant that does not comply with the terms or is deemed inappropriate.

This #InternationalWomensDay 🌸, we celebrate the women working behind the scenes to transform our community.

Meet Jamie, a Property Manager at Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council. Passionate about making Marsiling more accessible for the older generation, Jamie leads innovative projects that tackle connectivity challenges.

From the sky bridge (pictured) to sheltered walkways connecting key hubs across precincts, she is making a tangible difference. Beyond functionality, Jamie’s vision brings art to everyday spaces, as seen in her recent revitalisation of Marsiling’s older precincts with vibrant murals, seamlessly blending them with the modernity of new BTOs.

✨ Jamie shares: “Leadership is not just about managing projects—it’s about shaping communities, driving change, and inspiring a shared vision for the future.” She is eager to welcome more women to join this field, emphasising how diverse perspectives are key to creating vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable towns for all generations.

🕌 MYTTC #Throwback fact: The An-Nur Mosque, fon

🕌 MYTTC #Throwback fact: The An-Nur Mosque, fondly known as Singapore’s Blue Mosque, has been open for nearly 45 years!

🗝Past:
On 20 April 1980, An-Nur Mosque opened its doors to the Muslim community in Woodlands. Originally envisioned as a modest kampong mosque, it became a grand 4-storey structure with one of Singapore’s tallest minarets. Built for $2.1M, it served as a vital place of worship.

🌙Present
After major upgrades between 2011 and 2013, An-Nur Mosque now stands 5 storeys tall, accommodating up to 6,000 worshippers. Retaining its iconic blue facade and towering minaret, it now features lifts, ramps, and barrier-free access, making it more inclusive for all. More than a mosque, it is now a thriving social and educational hub.
